What You'll Do * Build relationships with customers both in-person and online. * Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries. * Help customers find the Chevrolet, Cadillac, Subaru, or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs. * Guide customers through the entire purchase process from introduction to delivery. * Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives. * Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and financing options. * Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system. * Follow up with customers before and after the sale to create lifelong relationships. * Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, incentives, and new vehicle technology. * Participate in ongoing sales training, dealership events, and team meetings. * Work alongside finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional ownership experience. What We're Looking For * Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn. * Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is a plus—but not required. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. * Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule. * Comfortable using technology, smartphones, and CRM software.
