Responsibilities include: creating schedules, assigning tasks, and managing staffing levels; monitoring patient care, assisting with complex cases, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols; managing unit resources, updating records, and implementing facility policies.
Education: A Bachelor Degree in Nursing
License: Active Registered Nurse license in PA
Experience: Previous experience as a staff nurse (at least 3 years) is required, with charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities are essential
