Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a closely related technical or engineering discipline.
• We are looking for a strong interest in application development, including web, mobile, or backend systems.
• We expect familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Prior coding experience is preferred.
• We value demonstrated leadership skills or clear leadership ambition.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills are important.
• You should be able to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
• We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
• We encourage applicants graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027, as the program begins in 2027.

• We will have you design, build, and improve applications that support our internal systems and client-facing platforms.
• You will develop scalable solutions using modern technologies such as cloud, APIs, and full-stack development.
• You will take ownership of projects and help deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• You will partner with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders across functions.
• You will apply Agile methods to deliver solutions in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• You will take part in technical capstones, hackathons, and innovation-led initiatives.
• You will build relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders across our organization.
• You will meet regularly with your department manager and program manager for coaching and mentorship.
