Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a related technical or engineering discipline.
• We look for a strong interest in application development, including web, mobile, or backend systems.
• We expect familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• We prefer candidates with coding experience.
• We value demonstrated leadership skills or leadership ambition.
• We seek strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• We look for the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• We prefer a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
• We encourage students graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027 to apply for this 2027 start date.

• We apply Agile methods to deliver solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

• We build relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders across Vanguard.
• We meet regularly with our department manager and program manager for personalized coaching and mentorship.

We are Vanguard, and our Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed to prepare the next generation of IT leaders. Through three eight-month rotations across different technology teams, participants gain hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and increasing responsibility while building both technical depth and leadership capability.
