Job Description

Salary: $84,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least five years of related experience, including three years in threat analysis.
• We look for an undergraduate degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
• We value hands-on experience in offensive security areas such as penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, web application security assessments, adversary emulation, and threat intelligence.
• We prefer OSCP, OSWA, or an equivalent certification.
• We need strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across the division.

• We lead and respond to escalated cyber security alerts, incidents, and security investigations.
• We identify complex attack patterns in real time and recommend mitigation approaches.
• We develop and manage tools, processes, and controls to monitor for compromises, vulnerabilities, risks, and emerging threat activity.
• We enhance security platform controls such as alerts, rules, policies, and signatures.
• We review the network environment for evolving threats and deliver preventive and corrective solutions.
• We analyze logs, traffic flows, and other investigative data to detect malicious activity.
• We conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat modelling, and we evaluate associated risks.
• We prepare written assessments on threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies relevant to our infrastructure.
• We partner with IT and business teams to ensure findings are distributed quickly and incidents are addressed effectively.
• We support enterprise-wide security initiatives and projects.
• We mentor junior team members to strengthen their technical capability.
• We participate in special projects and carry out other assigned duties.
